We often talk about the importance of differentiation to attract viewers to your shows, and you can create this difference by trying out certain things. Women who squirt are admired by many people. What if we told you that squirting was actually just a matter of practice and that anyone could do it? So, want to try it in your next show? Here is everything you need to know.
What is squirting?
Squirting refers to the release of a liquid in greater or lesser quantity when a woman is at the peak of sexual excitement. In French, it’s called “femme fontaine” – “fountain woman” because the amount of liquid can sometimes be quite impressive (up to 300ml). Also, this flow, which sometimes comes in spurts, looks like a female ejaculation.
Contrary to what some people say, the liquid released by the woman at that moment is not vaginal fluid. In essence, vaginal fluid is a liquid secreted by the Bartholin glands located on the lower part of the vulva, towards the entrance of the vagina. Commonly called “being wet”, this liquid is transparent and functions as a lubricant for the vagina, making penetration easier. It’s something that happens naturally when a woman is aroused. In the case of squirting, the ejaculated liquid is not vaginal fluid as it does not have the same consistency and is more like water. It’s more or less transparent and has more or less no smell.
Studies have shown that it’s actually a mixture of very highly diluted urine and a weak secretion from the Skene glands (which are located next to the urinary meatus). And therein lies the difference between vaginal fluid and squirting, the former comes out of the vagina while the latter comes out of the urinary meatus.
So yes, the liquid does contain urine, but it is very heavily diluted. It is in fact a physiological phenomenon that causes the bladder to be suddenly filled with this mixture of diluted urine and secretions from the Skene glands during sexual stimulation.
All women can squirt
So, all women are able to squirt because the refilling mechanism happens automatically during arousal. You just have to learn to release this liquid at the moment of orgasm. For some women, this happens naturally without even thinking about it (or without being able to control it), but others have to learn how to do it. However, the feeling of satisfaction is not necessarily massively increased. To be clear, orgasm doesn’t get stronger when squirting – the two are unrelated. Just like male ejaculation isn’t synonymous with orgasm. But, when squirting the sensation is subtly different to an orgasm alone and it’s worth it to try!
How do you do it?
We recommend that you test it out alone first, without any pressure. And take your time to learn your body and how it works. If the fact that the liquid released when you squirt is partially urine, go and pee just before. Meaning that the liquid filling your bladder will be entirely clear.
Then, know that the secret to squirting is the perineum. The more you practice tensing it, the better at it you’ll get. The perineum is the group of muscles and ligaments which support the genital area, the colon, the intestines, the bladder and the uterus. It’s therefore often recommended to practice tensing this muscle all through your life (especially after a pregnancy and to try and prevent issues with incontinence). For this, you should do the famous Kegel exercises. This means tensing up your vagina. Try during penetration (for even more pleasure) or alone with a sex toy, you’ll see – you’ll feel the difference. Once you have a good feeling of how your perineum works, all you have to do is push during orgasm to expel the fluid from your bladder.
In practical terms, how is it done?
To start, relax completely and don’t put any pressure on yourself. It almost definitely won’t work the first time and that’s fine. Important note: you might want to protect your bed with a towel or a plastic covering, in case there’s quite a lot of fluid.
Squirting happens when you stimulate the G spot and the clitoris alternately. Afterwards, it’s pushing at the point of orgasm that does it. So, you’re going to touch yourself while stimulating the G spot inside your vagina. With one or several fingers, or with a sex toy of your preference. As a reminder, the G spot is located just inside the vagina (at about 5cm) on the anterior wall. You can gently tap, or apply gentle pressure while moving in little increasingly quick circles.
Then swap to stimulating your clitoris before returning to your G spot. Alternate like that while occasionally pressing the palm of your hand down on your clitoris until you feel your arousal growing very strongly. When that happens, push hard with your perineum to achieve a fantastic “fountain”.
You help you figure out how to push properly, you can use Kegel balls (also known as Ben Wa balls). Which will let you work out what sort of movement is necessary. It can actually be quite hard to figure out what that internal push causes… If you don’t manage to squirt right away. The Kegel balls make it more visual. After a while you should be able to make the liquid gush out as you push. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t manage it right away, and practice regularly.
